Waco can add another notch to its city belt when it lays claim as the home of Texas’ fastest-growing two-year public college. Stephanie Redelk of Harker Heights graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the university’s Stephenville campus. Commencement ceremonies were held May 9. Graduation lists were finalized by the registrar’s office on June 30.
