Employee of the Quarter:

Christopher Hinckley – 1st Quarter: The committee voted for the selection of Corporal Christopher Hinckley of the Police Department as Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2016. From the beginning, Chris has been the type of employee you want to have by your side when things get tough and when problems need to be solved. You can always count on Chris to come to work with a good attitude and a great sense of humor to keep work fun, even during the most difficult times. Even when those difficult times became his own, Chris managed to hold on to that sense of humor that makes him such a great employee, co-worker, and friend to so many. His selflessness, loyalty, trustworthiness, and dedication are just some of the traits that make him an exceptional employee for the City and we are lucky to have him.

It is without reservation that we select Chris Hinckley for Employee of the Quarter.

Shiloh Wester – 2nd Quarter: This Committee voted for the selection of Shiloh Webster, Pet Adoption Coordinator for the Pet Adoption Center, as the Employee of the Quarter for the 2nd quarter of 2016. Although Shiloh has not had a lot of time with the City, she has made such an impact for the animals and citizens of Harker Heights. Shiloh has introduced our Pet Adoption Center to many rescues that have taken in our animals and nursed them back to health. She has dedicated her time and energy to the shelter animals whether she is here at work or fostering many sick and unwanted animals back to health at her home. She has set an example that exceeds many shelter workers and that they should all strive to be more like. Her loyalty and dependability has been a valuable asset for the City of Harker Heights.

It is without reservation that we select Shiloh Wester for Employee of the Quarter.
